- Identifies similar seams in images, to chop or add to images! Very cool, and quite elegant in simplicity. Horizontally, and vertically detected by 'gradient magnitude'. Unsurprisingly, Adobe has just hired some people. See http://www.faculty.idc.ac.il/arik/imret.pdf for the paper.
