- Actually, I would have to say it's the non-exercising, large portion, fast food culture that does it. That and high fructose corn syrup.

- I thought it was high cholesterol, stress and weight combined that led to heart attacks and strokes, not speaking English. But they are right that a lot people in the US are dying from heart attacks. A partially enlightening clip, in the "you should enjoy your life" sense. Read medical books, sites, or ask a trusted doctor if you want to learn more to prevent heart attacks and live healthier.
