Whew... are those boulders grinding downslope at the back of the cavern? I have to note that this is NOT "the only instrument" that can measure glacier movement... it's usually done by GPS.

This is cool as hell!...and the glaciers movement is measured with a bicycle wheel???? Welllll.......Vivaaaaa'hhhh le Tour de Francccceee! (;o) Seriously....In Geology the professor discussed in great length how abrasive glaciers really are....It was never anything that I could truly wrap my head around back then. After seeing this timelapse footage, however.....I see exactly where he was going!
