- Wow. What an amazing video. A true classic. Watching Herbie play, watching Quincy Jones and him talk and groove together, seeing pre MIDI digital music technology with the first sampling synth, the 1978 Farlight CMI, all add up to truly one of the most incredible videos of it's kind.

- This video is a TREMENDOUS resource to the world at large. Not only in terms of the fact that we get to see one of the undisputed heavyweights of modern music work, but also in terms of how to properly approach the use of technology in the service of humanity, be it in music or otherwise. This demands a much more thorough and careful review than I can give it at the moment, so I'll come back to rewrite my own. In the meantime, there is no shortage of rich historical inspiration to be found in this account. Absolutely wonderful!
