- Yes, I know this is fake, but not only is it not funny, it's so clearly something that broadband companies want people to think. Now that youtube and other streaming video sites are getting popular with the mainstream, broadband providers have to deal with a huge increase in bandwidth that they can't provide because they've oversold their lines (or, if you will, tubes). Everyone should be able to have 35 windows open at all times.
