- Asturias by I.Albeniz is written by the composer on the modal interactions caused by the phrygian mode (ancient dorian) between the Eminor and the B major scale, found as such in the flamenco style (paco) of Media Granadina.Instead of the E minor scale the composer used the G minor scale on the original piano work and this live in concert interpretation by Y.Kertsopoulos is i G minor, as the guitar is tuned a minor third higher.
