Great video, sheer genius and very funny too. I think it is done in one take, there is a video of them doing it live on MTV on this site too.

Forget the song, which is paint-by-numbers power pop -- but dig the flat-out goofy treadmill choreography. Silly, silly, silly -- but fun.
