It is all about user preference, I used Windows for has long has I can remember and for that time I have had the same errors and problems, I switched to Mac and interesting I have yet to experience one problem.
But again its like comparing a Honda with a BMW don't ...

 rssn rated 15 months ago- Both companies 'steal' from new technology. Not to mention that bragging about having 5 releases when you're competitor only has one doesn't really make sense. Especially when all 5 of your OSs are the same, I have yet to see a single difference in different versions of OSX. In addition, service packs are just as big an upgrade as a new version of OSX, so microsoft has made at leas 2 new OSs by apple standards. Not to mention that Windows XP was so good, it's been better than every iteration of OSX and is still the best OS around (except linux, but that just isn't a fair comparison).
