- This is something right out of the book of Revelation. Be mindful, we have been duped into believing we are all at fault for global warming. They have a weapon now that can control your mind, and the weather, causing volcanoes to erupt, earthquakes, and all sorts of weather related destruction.

As soon as I started to read what the technology was ... I IMMEDIATELY REMEMBERED A SCI-FI BOOK I HAD READ IN THE 70'S. This same book and author Walt Richmond is mentioned in this video. He claimed in his book that the government took his research in the 60's and made it CLASSIFIED, and he had to write a sci-fi book as only way to tell people. I just thought it as a marketing ploy at the time to sell the book, which was a good read. WELL >>>>. There are two names the book went under 1. The Lost Milennium and 2. SIVA .
Walt and his research are also mentioned in "Angels Don't Play This HAARP"
