Drug companies advertise to make consumers pressure their doctors into prescribing drugs that typically are not justifiable by the evidence, and we all pay for it in higher insurance bills. I say, let the drug companies only advertise to consumers directly if it's an out of pocket expense. Otherwise, make them play inside the system, not game it.
