This video shows the record holding longest successful putt ever to be televised. It was a 33yard putt on the 18th green in a Pro-Am tournament held at Gleneagles in August 1980, hit by Terry Wogan, the famous radio and television broadcaster with the BBC. When the ball starts rolling, the commentator takes you through the emotions of pleasant surprise, awe and disbelief in a truly delightful manner. You would want to watch the video over and over again just to listen to the commentator and see Terry falling to the ground in shock.
