It is a language in and of itself, and good muay thai is seldom seen in the sparkling clean lights on TV or in air conditioned gyms catering to the fat and lazy. Muay Thai is gritty, raw, and it fucking hurts. I've been fighting 5 years now, and there is nothing more trying for a man's soul than to live through a muay thai match. When you do that, you can do anything. This video will show you why :) Enjoy it.
