About freaking time the "Maverick" stood up to his own ignorant supporters. If he had talked like this all along (like he should have) I would have much more respect for him.
How crafty are those republicans? This is one way to get the economy and other important issues off the front page of this election. 2004 they brilliantly convinced people that the one who served in Vietnam was less a patriot than the chickenhawk who went awol from the nat. guard!VOTE 3rd PARTY!
