- it's funny that he doesn't mention the fourth definition which is the obvious meaning of force of course that definition would in fact make Bush and the Gestapo police terrorists but the fact is the media has been using the other definitions

There is pending legislation in the US that would criminalize speech on topics the government deems "threatening." The law is called H.R. 1955. It goes by the Orwellian name: "The violent radicalization and homegrown terrorism prevention act." It quietly passed the House by a 404 to 6 vote and at least one Congressman admits voting for it without reading it. Language in this bill makes it theoretically possible for government agents to shut down sites like Brasscheck TV by claiming that the information we share *may* insight violence. - Those that fear their government will stay silent. However, those that realize their government should fear the people will not back down in spite of the ramifications. Let freedom of speech prevail and if need be, become a martyr. The freedom of the many is at stake.

- A stunning interpretation of HR 1955. As I have said before, welcome to the rise of the fourth reich. We now have EVERYTHING in place for the beginnings of a right wing theocracy with the ability to silence decent and end democracy.
