There is not enough evidence to file criminal charges? Are you kidding me? If this man were a civilian he would have been arrested, charged and probably tazed and/or beaten in the process. Dirty cops are more common than most Americans are willing to believe.

- Why did he stop the recording? Was it because he knew he was getting ready to do something that he didn't want the video to catch? Doesn't the act of shutting off the recording prior to beating the shit out of his prisoner constitute premeditation of a crime? ...just asking... :( Thanks to Digits and the good Dr-Duke for the heads up.

A Cop Did This
Watch the video - It will enrage you so if you're feeling particularly empathic or empathetic take caution or don't watch it. The image to the left is bad enough. What happens is the cop turns the video camera off. The next we see of the tape is the victim waking up in her own blood and...well you see the image. At least this asshole got fired. But what about the others who aren't caught on videotape? Or the ones who taser for fun?
Hate to say it again...but *these* are the people we're allowing tasers. Ban Tasers
