I read this and realized that I needed to make some changes. At once I walked my neighborhood, and punched anyone who refused to recognize my "unnervingly powerful personal presence." I now aim to extend my unflinching psyche into the workplace by punching my boss, wheelchair or no. I am a warrior.

From the page: "And when you look people right in the eyes with your arms hanging by your sides where they naturally hang and you speak truthfully without flinching, you have an unnervingly powerful personal presence." - I've never really had that urge to turn my eyes away. But I've noticed that it makes people uncomfortable when I look into their eyes when we speak. It definately makes people more comfortable around me if I avert my eyes every now and then. My point is, don't take this too far, personal presence might be great, but you don't want people to be uncomfortable around you.
