- An excellent source for the beginner through the experienced practitioner. By changing the program daily, it stays fresh. Oh, and the scenery is gorgeous!

- Awesome. This is SOOOO why I bought a TV I could easily hook up to my laptop. Excellent classes, wonderfully varied, beautiful scenery. I would pay for this. As it is, I think I'm going to try to find out how to support it...

- Everything about the gym creeps me out. EVERYTHING. It's just a horrible place in my opinion. Pathetic men standing around checking you out while they pretend to lift; all the direct contact with hundreds of stranger's germ-y sweat, not to mention the over-all feeling of being a hamster running in a wheel. And then, there is this...perfect. free hour long yoga sessions delivered daily. The class is filmed in freaking GORGEOUS Jackson hole....the scenery alone is worth watching.
