    OK, class. Lesson one. Not everything that is played on the radio is bad. Not everything that is NOT played on the radio is good. It's not that simple. I don't listen to these bands. I don't LIKE these bands. But guess what? I hate Radiohead too! And Coldplay! And Sigur Rós! And Placebo and The Beatles and Elvis! I don't even like Beethoven very much! BLASPHEMY! Phhft. Musical taste is personal. Fighting over it is stupid and pointless. Let's find something better to do with our time. In other words...GROW THE FUCK UP!Thank you.

    Note how nothing here is older music, rarer music, alternative music, or any of the kind of music extremely opinionated musicistas have. Ho hum, what a coincidence that everything sucks except the stuff he likes.

    I don't get it. There is no such thing as a good or bad taste in music, it's just music. Why can't people just listen to what they like and move the hell on.
