Fantastico! This dictionary is an excellent one-stop shop for all major European languages (French, German, Spanish and Italian and now with added Russian) using the text of the best basic dictionaries around such as the Pocket Oxford Hachette & Duden. Just enough info to get you to the definition you require without getting bogged down in semantics and ideal if its a quick look up you want. Scroll down the page and you can see the word in its most common contexts so you won't make that idiotic mistake. And if things still aren't clear they have the most comprehensive online forums around. I was going to recommend them as being great for getting in and out quickly -- but in fact it's tempting to linger! And you can add it to your browser bar too.
