Home Shopping Network for nerds. Was a good site a while back but recently, they are buying products from manufacturers "as-is" and selling them as fully-working products. There is no quality assurance procedure to check if the products work before they put them up for sale. The tongue-in-cheek references to selling "crap" have gone from funny to outright true. I've had two expensive purchases recently arrive DOA without much recourse. If you shop here, realize that you're taking your chances and that you could be out some money with no customer service.

love it! I agree the product descriptions are creative, well-crafted and entertaining. It is "entersalement" at its best ;)

Woot.com is an online store and community that focuses on selling cool stuff cheap. It started as an employee-store slash market-testing type of place for an electronics distributor, but it\'s taken on a life of its own.

slickdeals.net noobs. I hate reading the stupid comments of the editor. Plus, deals aren't that good on this page. Seriously, check out slickdeals.net or bensbargains.net for real deals.
