- Classic photos of all the iconic Rock & Rollers!

ConcertPhotog rated 3 months ago- Artist: Jim Marshall Specialty: Rock 'n' roll Photography Artist Notes: Hands-down, my absolute favorite photographer! Jim captured a vast number of the most iconic rock images ever made. From Janis to the Doors, Hendrix to the Stones he has shot them all. And with over 500 album covers, I would guess that you've probably seen his work whether you knew it or not. Website Notes: This is the only semi-official site I could find for Jim, and is really just a collection of his work that is for sale from Wolfgang's Vault (aka legendary concert promoter Bill Graham's collection). To really understand how extraordinary his photography is pick up a copy of his book "Proof" or wait till November when his next book comes out, "Trust."
