I agree it should be but it must be paid for...as most of us know it may fall from the sky but it costs money to ship it to your kitchen/bathroom

I do agree water should be a human right, but how are we going to go about making sure that people get it? Having companies in charge of it (the status quo) seems like a bad idea, but what other method would work?

As a woman in a minority country (1st world) I pee on water better than most of the planet drinks. How fair is that?
