Always wondered what mad bugger started the metric system to oust the natural measures of e.g. inch, foot, yard, hand etc. Using an autoharp I once tried to replace the 12 semitones in an octave with 10 equal novatones. Try incorporating these into harmony - Yuck! Auditory hell!!!
