    Some people take offense to every little thing, whether it' directed at them or not- some of this advice is good for those people, especially the first statement. If you are easily offended or easy to anger (like me) you need to always reexamine the situation before reacting. It may not be how you're seeing it. The rest of it, maybe not so helpful.

    Ignorant advice. "Never react to whatever anyone says or does. It's not about you, its about them." It is uselessly vague and also suggests you are always right, and should not attempt to realize how the other person feels or any reasonable points (s)he may have.
