On Greenday: I cannot bear to listen to this band. I don't find myself to be much of a Christian, but the fact that they are so belligerent in their atheist beliefs annoys me. It's also annoying that they are nearing their 40's yet they are still playing punk music that complains about the "system." Will they ever grow up? Who are they going to complain about with Obama as President?

This is a good idea, but I worry about the psychology. This method is tying reward to exercise which is a great thing, but it is not pressing these people to take a personal responsibility for their weight and health, which is the only way to get a lifetime of healthy behaviors. It is more like fooling them into doing something they don't want to do.
