    Excellent site for quitting smoking - no nonsense. Actually, I'm going to go further and say that this represents the best set of online resources for quitting smoking I've ever seen. Update: THRUK's comment made me laugh. It would be funnier and perhaps a little ironic if he or she was a smoker.

    II started to give up about three weeks ago.I've had a couple of lapses in that time, but as the old saying goes...if at first you don't succeed, try, try try again. I saw ma mum die of emphysema last year it's truly a horrible way to go!

    I quit smoking on 2/19/07 and this site was a huge help and motivator in the days leading up to my quit and in the days since. I strongly recommend this page to anyone thinking about embarking on what can be an amazing experience...when the anxiety is demystified.
