wow, that is interesting, somehow I think it is fake.. if it's not there must have been alot of dB involved there. Its a video of how a pile of salt grains responds to different frequencies of sound, creating some really complicated patterns.

it's so pretty! wonder if i could use the sounds of my son's whinnying at high pitch make salt do the same thing. now, there's science!

The more I'm shown th more I realize I know so little. This is an amazing demonstration =- turn your speakers off if you, your dog, or the neighbors are sensitive to a little spleen-splitting high-waves

Incredible. Stick it out to the end my impatient stumbling friends, it's worth it. I wish they had taught Physics like this at school.. (Or with more explosions and somesuch..) Oh and stay away from the comments unless you're not bored with the "Simple minded religious nut infuriates large numbers of frustrated atheists" game yet
