I usually don't like pages like these -- ones that at their core are telling you the best ways to manipulate people -- but I find the advice here to be in the large part rather genuinely sincere and kind. And also effective, I already practice a lot of these techniques naturally. Who can argue with complimenting people. It's nice.

# Don't criticize, condemn or complain. # Give honest and sincere appreciation. n what if all the appreciation i have IS criticism ?? i will rather be honest n sincere n be disliked, n honestly how can anyone possibly always appreciate someone ?? n its always good to be a sport n accept the criticisms :D

From the page: "Fundamental Techniques in Handling People 1. Don't criticize, condemn or complain. 2. Give honest and sincere appreciation. 3. Arouse in the other person an eager want. "
