    This is dumb. A lot of these things - no snacking, tea is worse than water, etc are stupid and won't help you lose weight. Calorie free drinks like tea (or water, yes) and healthy snacks will keep you feeling full without adding calories.

    "Completely avoid snacks" durrrr not all snacks are unhealthy.

    i do most of the things that thin people don't do according to that list - speaking as a natural thin person.... there are no tricks, really. people have individual metabolisms that determine to a large extent how fat or thin they might be... but a generally healthy attitude towards food is a good start. food is fuel for your body, not an emotional crutch... that and food addictions (particularly carb addictions) seem to hurt a lot of people :(
