They may believe that.. but I doubt that's the primary motive.. Which would be convenience. And what about people who use NetFlix.. what's the carbon footprint on that?... I'm guessing it's more then me going three blocks to my video store. just something to think about.

... besides, what is there worth watching in your local video shop? Downloads are the way to go.
