    Yup, looks like 1993 (has a few pictures now) or so. But lots of good info regarding the standards if you can locate and decipher. And aside from the old looking web format, it is updated frequently as THE guide for current standards.

    I like everything they do, but they really need to update their web site. As a few others have mentioned, the design is awful; not just from an aesthetic point of view but also from a usability point of view.
