For anybody who writes - this is an AMAZING tool. It is way better than a plain old thesaurus because it gives multiple neighbourhoods of related words AT A GLANCE, plus dictionary definition and allows the exploration of language. I guarantee well worth the measly 10 greenbacks per year. I have it open every time I write and there is a hot button that integrates in Word on the PC.

This is such a cool way to present language - too bad they left out all the words! Stacked word for word against the free thesaurus.com, visual thesaurus loses every time (except for really specific nouns, for which you rarely need a synonym anyway). It looks really cool, but image isn't everything - you've got to have it where it counts.
