 Bikeryder21 rated 16 months agohealth - I'd be so tried after doing all those. Wow! Now is he counting each alternative rep as 1, 2, 3...? or 1, 1...2, 2...3, 3 etc.? that's how I was taught. Cause if hes doing the 123 method, sure you can get to 30 in no time really quick.
