I'd be so tried after doing all those. Wow! Now is he counting each alternative rep as 1, 2, 3...? or 1, 1...2, 2...3, 3 etc.? that's how I was taught. Cause if hes doing the 123 method, sure you can get to 30 in no time really quick.

Very good excercise routine. One little comment though, during the "burpees" it adds more intensity if you do a push-up!
