Bravo! There is no punchline, that's just the way it is. The customer is NOT always right. Sometimes they're just assholes. They believe that somehow they're above the people serving them, those people don't deserve to be served. People don't get paid enough to be treated like shit, customer or not you're still human and you need to act like one.
