LoneEel rated 4 months ago- The nagging, fun-ruining wife is a stereotype that is just as negative as the dolt-y husband. Idiocy IS gender neutral, don't try to make out like men have it so much harder than women.

Emon rated 9 months ago- "Men will quit being the enemy when you start treating them like friends."

nebyah rated 10 months ago- ... Yeah, stop treating us like stupid... uh... thingies. Us males are all totally down with all that parent-doing-stuff such as nurturing those small people - what are they called again? - and all that kind of... Anyway, gotta go prepare dinner. It's ok to put the saucepan in the microwave, right? Ah, crap, one of the small people who live in the house with us and don't pay rent for some reason just said she can't sleep. Time for a glass of port, I think.

Therapie220 rated 11 months ago- Fuck yeah. From the page: "I guess thatâ€s why I canâ€t get on board with all this male bashing thatâ€s becoming quite popular nowadays."

pixiequix rated 17 months ago- It's a good point that "Men will quit being the enemy when you start treating them like friends." I adore men. And not just the brauny, sexual, safe-in-my-arms coziness that can be afforded from our differences, although that stuff is nice too. I need close relationships with men because I did not have one with my father. He's an abusive man, and the stuff that I thought would mellow with age has, in fact, gotten worse. But I realize that it is these very politics and presumptions about the code of conduct for men and women that has, over the years, made my dad very confused and bitter; and when combined with his own experiences his response has been to become downright nasty and unforgiving. So now I make it a point in my own life to do what I can to try to close the highly exaggerated and over emphasized gap between men and women.

Benway68 rated 18 months ago- Amen. Most sensible and rational thing I've read all day.

Clairbear rated 18 months ago- Woo hoo! The truth!!

Stiphknees rated 18 months ago- There are several attributes apparent in the women I like: 1) They are actively involved in being the best they can be at being themselves without putting anyone else down. 2) They are stoically nonjudgmental about anyone doing anything that doesn't directly, personally affect them and/or their kids. 3) They are nice to men.

khayos rated 18 months ago- Finally! I have long been overweary of the ridiculous proportion of male-bashing on television in particular. Read this, learn.

Daoloth rated 18 months ago- The word of the day er, review, is WORD. Good show, Violent Acres blogette.
