- I don't mean to offend anyone, but... Having worked in the service industry, I think this video should be titled instead: "How Annoying and Cheap People Can Exploit Others to Feel Important." Wear a wedding dress just to sit in first class??!? Come on, do you really want extra leg room that badly? Um, and... did the guy playing with the dolls creep anyone else out?

- In my experience the best way to get a first-class upgrade is to flirt with the female or male flight attendants; if that doesn't work complain about something and say you "just need to relax, can I fly first class?" The flirting works better, I have only tried this a handful of times but it usually works, I hate flying coach but cannot afford first-class. Once, though, I had the first row in first class and we hit severe turbulence, you really do feel it more up there.....(this isn't a joke it really works doing this!)

- Good, though considering the fact that most of the time I travel, the flights are oversold, this might be a bit more difficult.
