OK UPDATE >> after talking with Velveteen Mind I come to the conclusion that in fact she is not a "poor thing" as I previously said but recovering from a disaster in her area( apparently ) ...maybe she is just not great a getting across herself / thoughts using text ... or maybe I just don't understand
