A site dedicated to the documents which first unified a collection of English colonies with common interests at odds to those of their Mother country, then established those interests as dissimilar enough to warrant separation and independence from England, and, finally, set the foundation for governing and ensuring the rights of the citizens who would maintain and defend the independence of the new and future, United States. Actually a multi-layered tutorial and something of a troubleshooting guide to the documents which form the 'conceptual USA.'

Every year, I make a big fat point of reading the Constitution and the Amendments (I do not know why, but I do.) Every year, not long after I've read the above, I go and forget what I've read. (aha! That explains the annual reading!) I've got better things to do than be embarrassed; one of those things is to re-read it/them. And Thoreau's 'Civil Disobedience.' This site just makes what's interesting even more so. Cosmetically, it's far from dazzling, but then there's that spectacular document that picks up the slack. :)
