This document violates Human Rights by granting entitlements to things such as education. You have a right to purchase education. You do have have the right to be entitled to education. That is a violation of rights.

Can anyone doubt the importance of this document? For those who love languages the more than 300 translations will be of perennial interest.

Never been a huge fan of this Document. To me rights are universal and time independent. If there is no state to provide early education does that mean someones rights have been infringed apon. The problem with making up rights is where does it stop. What happens if one right is in confict with another right. If I have the right to my personal propriety and everyone has the right to education do others have the right to take my propriety to pay for their education.
