  • UNFPA ::: Women War Health

Nice presentation, arguing that women's reproductive health care should be a human right. My only concern is that the rise of reproductive health care usually results in a population boom, that causes even more problems than the original situation, as is evident all over the world.

This Website from UNFPA = United Nations Population Fund is dated from 2003 - unluckily there was no betterment since then, all videos contents are still urgently important.

A very good video. Made in 2003 and so sad to see that very little, or rather, nothing, has changed. Thank you Cheyenne for the link!

A great humanitarian effort is needed for these women, not later, but right this minute. Don't forget , we are not all afforded the same choices on this earth. Help others to survive the simpe act of childbirth. Poet

Women give life, love and care to children, help to build and take care of the home, and feed and clothe their loved ones. In most of the developing world, women are additionally responsible for the agricultural production and local trade that help sustaine their local economies. Women also weave the social fabric of their communities - working together to support schools, organize community events and help to look after neighbours in need.
