Hehe - too funny, that is all I can say. Someone with WAY too much time on their hands sat and put this whole thing together. I can just see all the students at the school that I used to work at turning this in to their teachers as a homework assignment... Not that I am suggesting that, but it... more

Some anti-virus software pick up extremely compressed files as viruses. This is still pretty neat, although the files aren't complex.

Not a virus or anything else dangerous. If you just extract one of the files, have 4.3GB free of course, you'll find that it contains all the same character. Because of that it's fairly easy to compress without using too much space.

Not a virus, but obviously should never be opened. Thumbs up as a public service announcement. This site is a proof of concept. 4.5 petabytes of data zipped into little more than 42kb. The site explicitly warns people that extracting all the files will cause your hard drive to fill up.
