I also agree with rmg12, this was a poor explanation of why you're not seeing the blades spin. Whoever wrote that was a complete idiot and just knows the "big words" but not what they mean.If you've been around helos enough you'll notice two things which says that the camera just isn't catching the spin.1) The sound that's being produced cannot be from the tail rotor, it's one of those things you get used to being around enough of them.2) The tail rotor is spinning. One cannot spin without the other and allow the helo to be maneuvered in the air. A pilot can shut the a helo down in flight allowing it to free fall for a few seconds and (given enough height) it will catch the wind as it falls (since the rotor blades don't come to an abrupt stop unless there is a problem with rotor shaft or something) which will allow it to glide somewhat. The 53 squadron on base did it at the airshows we had, so I'm not sure if all helos can pull it off, but I know this video isn't it.At least they changed their info from "magnets" to "frequency"... idiots.

Great video of what looks like a Russian helicopter floating without its blades moving, but actually the camera is synced to the blades speed by radio waves. Apparently used photograph deformations in the blades during flight.
