 metally79 rated 7 months ago- I don't understand why so many people are praising this article. I don't think it is written very well. Is the article supposed to be about actually dealing with certain types of tenants or just about identifying them? Where is the solution the author says he will give? Am I missing something? Perhaps if the article was simply titled, "Types of Prospective Renters", then I could give it a thumbs up. I just see nothing in the article that actually states "how to manage" them.
