Haven't played Monopoly since I was 8 years old. Stopped when I realized my older sisters were trying to cheat me by not strictly playing by the rules. The real-life application of these rules are worth knowing and understanding, especially if you are considering buying a property as either an investment, or a place to live (actually both the same thing). Heed!
