    The focus on a 'step' at a time is clear. Who can miss it? ...And if you do miss it ...your really not interested in taking action. How long does it take to brush your teeth everyday?     Bad idea guys. Shit. I loved the 100 pushups program and am at about 70 right now (started from 20!). But you can't apply this progressive logic to every exercise. Seems like the author just kind of threw together some random numbers for an exercise that is not great for ur spine at all. Your disks only have so many bends before they deteriorate.     mcecchin's got it it right. I used to do situps at home until I found that my back was starting to hurt. Better to do the kind of 'total body ab exercises' mentioned in his link. You'll probably get better results, too!
