- They (police, staff) do this stuff all the time actually (not tasering specifically, but abuse in general). Just goes to show what their opinion of mentally ill people is.

- I may be wrong about this, but doesn't the law pretty much prevent physical intervention by teachers etc. If the laws were changed there would be no need to call in police. That said, the use of a Taser on a child is completely unacceptable.
