The GreenPhone from Trolltech. Avalible as a developmental cell phone for producing mobile Linux applications. Trolltech, by the way, is the company behind Qt, which is the foundation of the K Desktop Environment (KDE) for Linux.

- Nice, but obscenely expensive... nearly 700USD for the development device :O. Wouldn't catch many one man band developers with that. Don't seem to offer a version with their preload but nonmodifable, if they have something good...
