Nice review article on CSS frameworks and layout generators. Not only do these frameworks assist in creating changeable layouts for different display types (screen, printer, hand held), but they provide compatibility across different browsers.I use the YAML framework myself for reasons outlined in a separate StumbleUpon blog entry linking YAML. It's much more than a CSS framework. For example, it includes the jQuery library along with its forms layouts to verify form entries. YAML supports both screen and printer layouts natively, but you can define others.
