Bloody 'ell. She's much more beautiful without retouch. (Well, looking lika a human being _is_ attractive.) But now I wonder why the heck did I go into the question if she looks beautiful to me or not. I'm corrupted, I apologize.

The retouching was uneccesary. the lady is pretty and it wasn't like she had any major acne or skin problems that she would need retouching for. The lightning of the skin like ryuukoro said is pretty disturbing cause her skin looked natural the retouching made her look like a porcelin doll which is unrealistic.

I agree with criscamille...but I would go even go further and say that I actually like the "pre-photoshopped" image better. I think this woman looks beautiful in the "before" pic.

I am so sick of stumbling on pages that show Photoshop before and afters or celebrities without makeup. "Ha ha, look how imperfect they are!" is such a weak, unfunny form of schadenfreude. Dull, dull, dull. Next!

I kind of liked the not photoshopped version.

The only thing that bothers me, since she's really quite pretty without retouching, is that they changed her skin color to be less brown. It's a subtle message of white domination.

I don't think, in relation to the review below, that it's "Schadenfreude" (malicious delight/amusement in others' misfortune) at all. Showing how false the beautiful people we see in the media are isn't about laughing at them because they're ugly really, it's about changing our own self-perceptions.

Another site showing that you can't trust what you see on the web. It most likely has been edited.
