Just what is it _anyone_ is supposed to take away from Dell, Comcast, HP, Wells Fargo, Intel, Best Buy, General Mills, Ford, UPS, Home Depot, Cirque du Soleil, when these guys could all stand and piss in the same bucket for three months and _still_ have time left over to work their colossal brands and huge customer bases. The real value comes from learning from the little guys, who make the biggest percentage gains from what tiny market share they have to work with.
